Track and trace during the Christmas holidays
Track and Trace procedures for the forthcoming Christmas holiday period.
Dear Parents/Carers,
I am writing to confirm that our last day of school will be Friday Dec 18, finishing at lunchtime as usual.
IMPORTANT
If pupils are in contact with a positive case in the last week of school, we will contact Test and Trace. This may mean your children will be asked to self-isolate during the Christmas break. This is in line with Public Health England Track and Trace procedures. If you are a contact of a positive case, you will be asked to self- isolate for 14 days.Please use the email below to notify us of a positive case until the end of Dec 23.

When you email the school, you will need to provide the following information.

Your child’s full name

Your child’s class
-
Date your child was last in school

Date your child first showed symptoms

Date of positive test
The school will monitor these emails between 8 and 10 every morning.
